- The Idea

This ground floor apartment in Zanzebeel 4, Downtown Dubai, was completely renovated to create a contemporary home connected to an exceptional private backyard. The 150 square metre residence combines modern design principles with a personalised approach shaped by the client's vision.

The interior design follows current residential trends while integrating distinctive architectural details such as custom wooden arches and decorative niches. Natural materials and warm finishes create a welcoming and comfortable living environment.

- Then we planned

This is the whole apartment. The entrance opens between the kitchen and the living area, with the dining area beside the kitchen. The master bedroom and a second bedroom run along one side, and the office room, maid's room and bathrooms fill the rest.

- The Essentials

The outdoor space, another 150 square metres, becomes a natural extension of the apartment. Indoor and outdoor living merge into a unique residential experience, in one of Dubai's most vibrant neighbourhoods.
