Conceptor is an award-winning design studio specialising in creating innovative and user-focused environments.

Conceptor Design Studio is a Dubai-based multidisciplinary practice established with a clear intent - to move beyond isolated design thinking and instead unite architecture, interiors, and landscape into a single, coherent process. Rooted in a belief in integrated design, the studio was formed to bring greater clarity, consistency, and purpose to the way spaces are conceived and delivered.

Over time, the studio has developed a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and public projects across the MENA region and beyond. This growth has been shaped by long-term collaborations with developers, private clients, and institutions who value design as a strategic tool rather than a purely visual outcome.

Nemanja Petrovic

Partner / Operations Manager

Nemanja is a design and operations professional with over 14 years of experience across the MENA region and international markets. He oversees operational strategy, project delivery, and internal workflows, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all design outputs.

With a background in interior and industrial design, Nemanja has led multidisciplinary teams on projects ranging from wayfinding systems to large-scale interior and urban design strategies. His role bridges design intent with execution, focusing on resource management, coordination, and delivery of practical, high-quality solutions.

Milos Krstic

Partner / Lead ID Architect

Milos is an architect with over 9 years of experience across the MENA region and Europe, leading interior architecture and integrated design solutions for mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects. As Lead ID Architect, he oversees concept development, design direction, and technical integration.

His portfolio ranges from individual buildings to large-scale master plans and district developments. Milos is recognised for balancing functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, delivering refined environments that respond to both user experience and project objectives.

Verica Teofilovska

Design Manager

Verica is an experienced Design Manager with over 8 years of expertise delivering high-end residential projects across the Middle East and Europe. She manages the day-to-day design development process, ensuring design intent is translated into coordinated, buildable interior solutions.

Her responsibilities include consultant coordination, FF&E development, material specification, and detailed design documentation. Verica is known for her structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required design quality.
