- We started with

The design scheme highlights the penthouse's features: three unique marble combinations, brass and gunmetal details, and straw marquetry. Straw marquetry is a wall finish made from split and flattened straw. Light oak wood runs throughout the space, adding warmth and texture. The furniture and fixtures are both functional and stylish, and bold details appear in every room.

- The Essentials

One of the highlights of this penthouse is the custom made rooftop pool, looking out over the city. The combination of luxurious materials, bold details and custom made elements sets this project apart.
