- The Idea

This is a refined contemporary Mediterranean villa with clean forms, warm tones and elegant symmetry. The exterior blends modern minimalism with classic regional elements. Smooth stucco walls, large glass openings and traditional terracotta roof tiles add warmth and timeless appeal. Tall windows and well defined vertical volumes enhance the sense of scale, while palm trees and sculptural greenery frame the architecture.

The outdoor living experience is a key highlight. A pool deck, integrated lounging platforms and a modern pergola create a resort style atmosphere. The entrance is defined by a grand double height porch and a balanced landscape layout that leads into the interior.

- Then we planned

This is the site plan. The villa sits to one side of the plot, which leaves the whole length of the garden free for the pool. The pool runs along the boundary with the terrace and pergola beside it. Paving, planting beds and the driveway wrap the house on the entrance side.
