- The Idea
This private villa in Emirates Hills is one of the studio's largest residential projects. It is a contemporary luxury residence spanning four levels: basement, ground floor, first floor, and a dedicated master level. The 2,800 square metre home combines grand architectural gestures with refined interior detailing.
- We started with
A dramatic double height entrance lobby with a sculptural bridge creates a striking arrival experience. A sunken garden and a private lift connect the spaces vertically. Premium materials and carefully chosen furniture, fittings and lighting define the interiors, creating a sophisticated and cohesive design language throughout the residence.
- Then we planned
This is the ground floor. The entry hall and the reception both run double height, and the glass bridge with its spiral staircase crosses the void above the sunken garden. Formal living and dining take one wing, family living and dining the other, alongside two guest bedrooms and an office.
- The Essentials
The basement level is dedicated to entertainment and wellness, with a private cinema, wine cellar, cigar lounge, and a complete spa and salon area. It delivers an exceptional lifestyle environment within the privacy of the home.
