Our 2,200 square metre villa blends sophistication with serenity across three storeys. Its sleek lines and its indoor and outdoor spaces invite immersion in the surroundings. This is modern luxury in one of Dubai's latest developments.

- We started with

Inside is a palette of light tones and refined details that evoke tranquility and opulence. From the spacious bedrooms to the smaller retreats, every corner shows the same understated luxury. Brass and black accents add contemporary flair, while the spa, sauna, pool and cinema look after comfort.

- Then we planned

This is the ground floor. A curved double staircase in the foyer runs up to the first floor and down to the basement. Formal living and dining take the centre, with a guest suite in one wing and the family living room in the other.
