- The Idea

A modern villa surrounded by lush greenery, with a sleek and contemporary design. Horizontal movement gives it a unique and striking appearance. Vertical louvres add a visual element, while keeping privacy and controlling the natural light entering the interiors.

The villa's horizontal appearance is emphasised by its long, sleek shape, designed to blend with the surrounding landscape. The exterior walls are finished with warm tones that create a welcoming and inviting ambiance.

The massing model shows the villa on its plot. The long, low form runs across the site. The pool and terrace take the garden side, with the entrance and parking on the street side.

As you enter the villa, you are greeted by a high feature travertine wall that sets the tone for the luxurious interiors. The modern design continues inside, with spacious and well lit living spaces for relaxation and entertainment.
