- The Idea

Located within the exclusive Discovery Dunes community, this private villa was conceived as a contemporary residence inspired by natural textures and calm, earthy tones. Spanning three levels including basement, ground and first floor, the 1,700 square metre home offers six spacious bedrooms and generous living areas.

- We started with

The interior concept focuses on a warm and refined palette of natural materials, soft finishes and subtle contrasts that create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. Elements of neo-classical design are worked into the interior and the detailing. That means classic proportions and fine mouldings, which add a timeless character to the contemporary composition.

- Then we planned

This is the ground floor. The main entry opens onto a hallway with the lift and the main stair. Formal living, family living, dining and the show kitchen run in one long band across the garden side. A wellness wing of its own takes the gym, sauna, steam room, ice bath and massage room.
