- The Idea

This 140 square metre apartment in DAMAC Park Towers sits in the prestigious DIFC district. It was fully renovated to transform the existing layout into a refined and contemporary living space. The unique geometry of the apartment provided an opportunity to explore a dynamic spatial composition and carefully organised functional zones.

- We started with

The design concept follows Scandinavian principles, emphasising simplicity, natural materials and a calm palette of light tones. Accent colours and carefully selected finishes introduce warmth and character while keeping the clean and minimal look.

- Then we planned

The apartment takes a curved corner of the tower, which is where its unusual geometry comes from. Living and dining open onto the balcony along the curve. The kitchen, laundry and storage sit behind, with the master bedroom and the kids room at either end.

- The Essentials

Custom joinery, soft textures and subtle contrasts create a balanced interior that feels both modern and comfortable. It suits urban living in the heart of Dubai.
