- The Idea

The renovation of the spacious, open plan living and dining area of this City Walk penthouse brings contemporary elegance together with warmth and comfort. The space integrates natural materials and refined detailing, and flows from one part to the next.

- We started with

The wooden panelling adds a rich, textured backdrop, a touch of luxury while keeping a natural and grounded feel. The Italian furniture introduces an inviting sense of coziness with its soft textures, refined craftsmanship and ergonomic design. Together these elements blend style and functionality, for both intimate gatherings and grand entertaining.

- Then we planned

This is the whole apartment. The entrance opens beside a powder room and a pull out bar, with the stair and the maid's room behind. The living area, dining area and show kitchen run in one open band along the glazing, with the terrace outside.

- The Essentials

Lighting accentuates the warm tones of the wood and the elegance of the furniture. Large floor to ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and open it to views of Dubai's skyline. The design puts comfort and sophistication first.
