- The Idea

This one bedroom apartment at Jumeirah Beach Residence was completely redesigned to create a cozy loft style home with a strong sense of character. The compact layout was carefully reconfigured to enhance functionality while maintaining a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

The interior concept embraces a palette of dominant dark tones complemented by warm vintage wooden accents and textured finishes. Layered lighting and carefully selected furniture pieces reinforce the intimate and stylish ambiance.

This is the whole apartment. The entrance opens past a powder room into the kitchen, with its dining table built into the counter. The living area takes the corner with the windows, and the master bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe fill the other end.
